Pre Senior (Purple Group) and Senior (Blue Group) will begin August 19th | AGB (Orange Group) and AGC (Red group) will begin September 3rd and AGA (Green Group) and Yellow Group will begin September 10th

There will be changes through the year for special events such as swim meets. All changes will be communicated by email. All practices are at the West Shore YMCA
