2007-2008 Team Registration Instructions 

• Complete the 2007-2008 Reservation form, and return this form with payment to the YMCA. (Step 1).  This is for NEW and Returning swimmers

 

• If you are a new family to the competitive team, parents must request a meeting with Head Coach Michael Gobrecht.  Please send an email to info@wsyswim.org to request information.  Before requesting a meeting, please be sure your RESERVATION FORM has been submitted.  Pre-Competitive swimmers do not need to set up a meeting with Mike. (Step 2)

 

• After you have send in your RESERVATION form, and if you are a new swimmer you have met with Mike, you should bring your REGISTRATION form with the fees worksheet, and the appropriate fees to one of the REGISTRATION nights at the YMCA.  The 2007-2008 Registration nights are as follows:  August, 21, 22, and 23^rd from 6-7:30pm.  Every family must bring the following forms to the YMCA on one of these evenings (unless you have made arrangements with Mike to mail your forms):

 

• Registration Form
• Financial worksheet       Charge Card Authorization           Bank Draft Authorization
• Check/Credit card for payment (payment is either in full or monthly draft)
• Parent Code of Conduct
• Swimmer Code of Conduct
• Read and understand the Escrow Account Policy (plus any money that is due)

 

• If you are unable to get to the YMCA on one of the dates/times above, you must email Michael Gobrecht (info@wsyswim.org) to set an appointment to submit your forms.
