Day 1 at the WSY Outdoor Center

Memorial Day weekend is here, which means another Summer at the WSY Outdoor Center (ODC). Most in the Central Pennsylvania area know the WSY Outdoor Center takes a few weeks to "warm-up". Today we had the first practice with the Senior/National Group and after about 60 minutes of our normal dryland workout, we spent 10 minutes in the pool (it was a balmy 61 degrees in the Sun). We got some great video here. Outdoor practices in the Summer are always fun, and I know many WSY Swimmers are looking forward to the Summer Fun at the Outdoor Center
