Last practice for 2007

Most of the WSY practice levels had their final practice today for 2007. Senior and National had a neat 10,000 yard practice where we actually got some great kicking as well as a freestyle/IM set. Over the last 3 days we said goodbye to all of the college swimmers that were home and training with us (Joe, Ash, Drew, Alutts9, Sam, Alex, Matt H, Killa, Kayla Renee, Tricia, Amanda, LGuers, Cookie, Cody (who made every practice), and heck even Jessie (from Hershey) showed up for a day. Wishing all of you the best as you prepare for your conference meets.

As for WSY, we are taking a day off on Tuesday, and them right back into things as we move toward Winterfest at University of Maryland.

Coach Kim had the Pre-Seniors doing a challenge type practice today, and it was great to see the streamlines getting tighter, and the quality of work increasing in practice.......I know we will have someone in this group push a 2:00 (200 free) in practice by the end of March.

Coach Guy had off today (actually had to work his real job), so Coach Derick, and Gillian headed up the AGB and AGC practices on the final day of the year.

As coaches, we are hoping to have fun with these daily entries, that will give you some incite into what we are thinking during workouts.
